One of our Directors, Shari Stoch, explains our new project for Kodiak on the web – Vlogs for families with helpful strategies and advice for working with individuals with learning differences.

About the Author

Shari Stoch

Shari Stoch has worked with children and families at Camp Kodiak since the camp opened in 1991. She has served as Academic Director since 2010 and, since 2015, has been a co-owner and director of the camp. She brings more than three decades of experience supporting children with learning, social and emotional challenges. Throughout the year, Shari works as a special education teacher with the Peel District School Board, giving her a valuable perspective on how children’s needs carry across school, home and camp. She holds a Master of Education from Queen’s University.
