Thank you for your interest in Camp Kodiak

Due to the nature of our program we are very selective about the staff we hire. We do not hire secondary school students. All of our counselors are either professionals (from the fields of education, psychology, social work, occupational therapy, speech & language, recreation, kinesthiology) or university & college students or recent grad with a demonstrated interest in working with children and teens. Canadian staff require a Social Insurance Number, counselors from outside of Canada require a work visa.

A summer at Kodiak is an incredible experience. It is extremely fulfilling, but also exhausting. The hours are long, but the rewards are many.

Please complete the application form below. A personal interview and a police background check are required of all new staff members.
